imci ai software pte ltd (“imci”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website at imci.sg, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We only collect the personal data you choose to give us. When you complete the enquiry form or email us, that includes your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in your message. If you apply for a role, it also includes the contents of your CV and cover letter.

We do not require you to create an account, and our website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use your data

We use your personal data to respond to your enquiry, provide and arrange the services you ask about, consider job applications, keep proper business records, and comply with our legal obligations. We use it for these purposes only.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website and our business — for example our hosting and form provider (Netlify), which processes enquiry-form submissions on our behalf. These providers may store data outside Singapore; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA. We may also disclose data where required by law.

Third-party services

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering those fonts. We do not control how third parties process data collected directly by them; please refer to their own privacy policies.

How we protect it

We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

How long we keep it

We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required for our legal and business records, after which we securely delete or anonymise it.

Your rights under the PDPA

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, or withdraw your consent to our use of it. To make a request, email curious@imci.sg. We will respond within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent may mean we are unable to continue providing a service to you.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last revised, and the current version always applies.
