About Joe

FAQs
The fee depends on the size of your business and the scope you agree — a ten-person firm and a fifty-person firm need different amounts of attention. Once it is agreed, it is fixed: no hourly billing and no surprise invoices. The Impact Assessment is free, so you can find out what it would cost for your business without committing to anything.
We target around 20 hours a month of direct time with the same senior consultant. That is a target, not a metered allowance — we do not stop work when a counter runs out, and busier months balance the quieter ones. The work is managed by outcome and deadline rather than by timesheet.
Six months to start, then rolling month to month with 30 days’ notice. The initial term exists because the first six months is where the assessment, the roadmap and the first stage of delivery happen; on a shorter term we would have to charge more to cover that setup.
If you leave, the strategy documents, the health check and the roadmap are yours permanently, and any software or website we built for you is yours outright. What you lose is access to our AI app library and ongoing support for what we deployed. Those app library tools can move to a licensing arrangement instead, which costs considerably less if you only need them maintained.
You get a direct WhatsApp line to your consultant rather than a ticketing system. We reply the same day during Singapore business hours, and when something is urgent we pick up.
Both. Training is delivered at your office. Working sessions and reviews happen at whatever cadence suits you, in person or remote. We are Singapore-based, so on-site means genuinely on-site rather than a visit once a quarter.
We are not their replacement by default. An IT provider keeps your existing systems running; our job is deciding what the business should be buying, building and stopping. We often work alongside an existing provider and manage that relationship on your behalf, including reviewing what they charge.
We sign an NDA as standard, before any commercial information changes hands. Your data stays on your systems — we only hold what you actively give us, it is kept in our secure business cloud, and it is deleted when the contract ends. We send you a copy first. Where we need access to your systems, we take read-only access wherever that is possible.
No client data is ever used to train an AI model. We work on paid business plans with model training disabled.
