Our story
imci was founded in 2023, in Singapore, on a simple conviction: that a small business deserves the same calibre of technology support as a global one.
Our founder spent years inside exactly those global firms — leading digital projects for an international defence manufacturer, then driving digitisation and technology deployment worldwide at Dell Technologies. Time and again, the difference between the businesses racing ahead and those falling behind wasn’t talent or effort. It was access to good technology, well chosen and well run.
Smaller firms rarely get that. They’re sold things they don’t need by people who never took the time to understand them. So imci was built to be the opposite — a partner that learns your business first, then handles the technology so you never have to worry about being left behind.
